Fee Structure

1. School Leaving Certificate
   1. Application for school leaving certificate should be submitted at least 20 days in advance.
   2. School leaving certificate will be issued only after all the dues are cleared.
2. Annual Charges
   1. Annual Charges are payable annually at the beginning of the academic session and it’s not refundable i.e. any midterm withdrawal of student requires full payment of annual charges.
3. Transport
   1. Transport fee is charged as per location and advise by the transporter. And for the month of June transporter fee
      is not charged from all students.
4. Picnic/Outdoor Excursion Trip
   1. For picnic only transport charges as per location will be charged.
5. Third Child of same parent
   1. Half fee concession is provided in the Tuition fee in case child belongs th same parent.
6. Late Fee/Installation
   1. Last date is 5th of every month for payment after that Rs 1/day will be charged.
7. Fee Structure of school is approved by Delhi Head Office.
8. Any fee paid for one student is not adjustable with other student.
9. Fee doesn’t include charges incurred over booksets, stationary, uniform etc.

School Fee and Payment Schedule

The brochure of charges and the schedule of payment are available with the school office. The parents are requested to look into every instruction carefully and obey the rules in its totality:

1. The parents are expected to write clearly students folio number, name and class.
2. Last date of payment of fees will be 15 of every month for the day scholars, failing which Rs. 10/- per day as late fee would be charged. If the defaulter is unable to clear his/her dues within 30 days, his/her name will be struck of the rolls and re-admission would be allowed only if all dues are cleared along with Rs. 300/- as re admission charges, that too after completing the admission formalities a fresh.

Withdrawal Procedure

1. If any parents want to take T.C. after completion of session they have to submit application before 31 March otherwise they have to pay one month fees for the next class.
2. If the child is withdrawn in mid-session or expelled from the school, the fees and charges paid (except caution money) will not be refunded in part or in full.
3. Transfer certificate will not be issued until or unless all the dues are cleared.
